If you’ve enjoyed your Sultan meal, leaving a 5-star written review on Deliveroo really makes a difference.

As a thank-you for supporting our new kitchens, we’ll aim to add £5 credit to your Deliveroo account for your next Sultan order.

This offer is our way of showing appreciation to new customers who have taken a chance on us as we grow across the UK. The £5 credit is applied directly through Deliveroo’s Partner Hub system by our team, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Formal Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the £5 Review Reward Campaign (“the Offer”) operated by SULTANS KITCHENS NATIONAL LIMITED, Company number 16123337, registered at Silverstream House, 4th Floor, 45 Fitzroy Street, Fitzrovia, London, England, W1T 6EB (“Sultans Kitchens”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By participating in the Offer, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • The Offer is available to new customers of a participating Sultan kitchen who have placed their first Deliveroo order with that location.

  • Eligibility is determined solely by Sultans Kitchens using data available through the Deliveroo Partner Hub.

  • Only valid Deliveroo accounts are eligible. Limit of one reward per Deliveroo account, household, or payment method.

  • The Offer applies to participating locations only, which may change at any time without notice.

3. How it works

  • After placing your first Sultan order on Deliveroo (operated by Roofoods Ltd), leave a 5-star written review on the Deliveroo platform.

  • Reviews must be genuine, publicly visible, and attributable to a completed order.

  • Once verified by our team, we’ll aim to apply a £5 promotional credit to your Deliveroo account.

  • Reward application timing may vary; we aim to process qualifying reviews on a weekly basis.

  • Sultans Kitchens retains full discretion over eligibility and reward fulfilment.

4. Reward details

  • The reward is a £5 Deliveroo promotional credit funded by Sultans Kitchens and has no cash value.

  • Once issued, use and expiry of the credit are governed by Deliveroo’s own terms and systems.

  • The credit can normally be used on any Sultan order via Deliveroo, subject to Deliveroo’s rules and availability.

5. Limitations and Misuse

  • One reward per Deliveroo account, household, or payment method.

  • The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or exchanged for cash.

  • We reserve the right to refuse, revoke, or withdraw any reward if fraudulent, duplicate, or abusive behaviour is suspected.

  • Examples of misuse include but are not limited to:

    • Submitting multiple reviews from the same household or payment method.

    • Using multiple Deliveroo accounts linked to the same user.

    • Leaving reviews not based on a genuine order experience.

  • Reward fulfilment depends on Deliveroo’s systems and cannot be guaranteed in all cases.

  • Sultans Kitchens may amend or cancel the Offer at any time, without prior notice.

6. Review and platform compliance

  • Reviews must comply with Deliveroo’s platform guidelines and community standards.

  • If a review is removed, edited, or flagged by Deliveroo, or if Deliveroo removes the ability to credit the account, the reward may become invalid.

  • Sultans Kitchens does not control Deliveroo’s moderation systems or credit functionality and is not liable for changes within the platform.

7. Customer support

If you believe you qualify for the reward but have not received credit, please email info@sultanskitchens.co.uk with:

  • Your Deliveroo order number, and

  • The date and written text of your review.

We will check eligibility through our Deliveroo Partner Hub data. Our decision is final.

8. Data and privacy

We use customer information only to verify eligibility and process rewards.

We do not sell or share personal data with Deliveroo or any third party except where necessary to fulfil the offer or meet legal requirements.

9. Publicity rights

By participating in this Offer, you grant Sultans Kitchens permission to quote or share the written text of your Deliveroo review (without disclosing your name or personal information) in marketing or social media content.

10. Changes, errors, and withdrawal

  • Sultans Kitchens reserves the right to suspend, modify, or withdraw the Offer at any time, without notice.

  • We are not responsible for system errors, technical issues, or typographical mistakes that may affect the application or visibility of rewards.

  • We reserve the right to correct any such issues as needed.

11. General

  • The Offer runs until further notice and may end without prior announcement.

  • Participation in this Offer does not create any legal entitlement to receive credit.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Independent disclaimer

Sultans Kitchens National Limited operates this campaign independently from Deliveroo. Deliveroo (Roofoods Ltd) is not the promoter, sponsor, or administrator of this offer. All crediting decisions and fulfilment are the sole responsibility of Sultans Kitchens National Limited.
