SULTAN “SCRATCH & WIN” PROMOTION – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1 Promoter

Sultan, 190 Burgess Road, Southampton SO16 3AY, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2 Promotion period

Scratch cards are distributed from 1 July 2025 until stocks run out. All prizes must be claimed by 23:59 on 31 October 2025; unclaimed prizes lapse. While stocks last.

3 Eligibility

Open to UK residents. Employees of Sultan and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded.

4 How to take part (in-store only)

1. Scratch the panel to reveal your prize.

2. Present the original physical card at the till of a participating Sultan store before ordering.

3. Staff will mark and keep the card (except Gyros for 4 Weeks cards, which are marked and returned until the fourth redemption).

Redeeming or attempting to redeem a card constitutes acceptance of these Terms. One prize redemption per person per day.

5 Prizes

Each scratch card reveals one of the following pre-allocated prizes, awarded at random while stocks last:

• Free 330 ml canned soft drink (Coca-Cola Original or Diet, Sprite or Fanta Orange, subject to stock).

• Free regular portion of oregano chips.

• Free regular slice of baklava.

• Free regular portion of halloumi sticks.

• Free gyros wrap of your choice.

• Gyros for 4 Weeks – one free gyros wrap per calendar week (Monday–Sunday) for four consecutive weeks. The winner must present the winning card each week; staff mark one of four boxes and return the card until the final wrap, when the card is retained. Unused weekly claims expire.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and have no cash value. We may substitute a similar item of equal or greater value if a listed prize is unavailable.

6 Abuse & fairness

Only original cards will be honoured; photocopies, digital images or cards that appear copied, altered or obtained dishonestly are void. We may refuse any card we reasonably believe to be fraudulent. Our decision is final.

7 Allergens

Menu items may contain allergens. Ask staff before redeeming a food prize.

8 Promoter’s right to amend or withdraw

We may suspend, cancel or change the promotion or these Terms at any time without notice, including due to events beyond our reasonable control.

9 Liability cap

Except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, our maximum liability to any participant is limited to the retail value of the highest individual prize (£11.95).

10 Data privacy

We do not collect personal data for ordinary prize claims. If you win Gyros for 4 Weeks we will note your first name solely to administer the weekly redemptions and delete that record 90 days after the promotion ends.

11 Unclaimed prizes

Prizes not redeemed by 23:59 on 31 October 2025 are forfeited and no alternative will be offered.

12 Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to honour a prize due to events beyond our reasonable control.

13 Severability & governing law

If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses remain in force. The promotion and these Terms are governed by English law; disputes may first be referred to an Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme and are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
